Looks healthy

I'm following you with great interest Queenmari3 and I'm rooting for you. My weight was way out of control with my health was suffering. I felt short-of-breath, my knees hurt, my skin was itchy, my LDL cholesterol was rising and I'm sure my blood sugar was too high. Of course it was impossible to buy nice clothes. I decided to lose using Fatsecret. So far I've lost 50 pounds by reducing calories, controlling portion size and keeping unhealthy foods out of the house. I weigh myself every day which I find keeps me on track. Maybe one meal is too high (like a restaurant meal) but the next meal has me back in line again. Do you have a small kitchen scale? I weigh many foods and am shocked at the calorie count of some foods like nuts, bread, cheese and meat. I stopped snacking totally so that I'm not thinking about food all the time. Instead, I eat three high-protein meals and drink plain camomile tea, water and orange pekoe tea with skim milk during the day. Best of luck.

I currently do not have a kitchen scale but it's on my list. Some things i dont mind estimating, like most veggies, but high calorie foods, like my cheese this morning, are another story.. So many calories in such a tiny portion!!
