Woke at 227.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. Slept in and then made another large omelet for brunch. Added 1.5 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese and a handful of baby spinach. I also made a 20 oz. protein coffee with a huge scoop of protein powder, some collagen powder, MCT oil, and chorella powder. Did not prick my finger until right after I ate the omelet and I was up to 108 glucose already. Will check again in an hour. Interested in the results of the protein powder and added cheese. UPDATE: Blood glucose an hour after eating was 116. Doesn't suck. UPDATE: Made it to 226.4 before dinner. Added some nuts and cacao nibs at about 10, so calories are high and given that I've been sitting and updating websites all day, likely will exceed my calorie burn.
