Ahh Naiman.... Yeah that is his thing. Whatever works and you feel good with is what you should do, obviously. Too me Keto may be that you eat 20 carbs or less (at least as you start), then measure for how much protein you need to maintain lean body mass, and then add all the fat that you need to feel satiated for each meal (and no snacking, if one snacks, it is because one did not have enough fat) However, if you exercise this may change. You will need more protein if you exercise for sure. I am not too worried if I go over on protein. But too much may be problematic) However, some people are very successful following Naiman

Yeah, I am the same. I do not do fat coffees or fat bombs. They work for some obviously. What would worry me with a meal of just pork and cabbage (with little fat) it that it would spike my blood sugar too much and raise insulin and then I would not be doing keto. In theory once you are fatadapted you will naturally lower your fat because you are using your body fat. This is what I am trying to do. Listen to my body and hope that these hormones that we work so hard to control on keto works for me. So far so good
