Tummy feeling better...good Tuesday morning...guess all the breaded chicken stripes with tereaki sauce...and Betty Crocker cookies were more then my tummy could handle...feel so much better today...
Todays plan...fold yesterday’s laundry...do dishes...running outta forks..lol...and a zwift ride...and also gonna make muffins I think..not sure yet...if I make them..they will be gone today cause they are that good...if I don’t make them...no treats aroundto grab...
Kept up and moving yesterday..over 15000 in steps..most I have done in several months..got a lot accomplished...but wanting to keep the pace...still to cold outside to enjoy walking time outside for very long...and my legs just aren’t back up to their full strength..but every day is more strength...
Welp breakfast is over..time is waiting away...

Glad the tum is feeling better. Definitely freeze part of those muffins for later in the week. I do that with the things I bake. I have a couple of frozen keto goods in there now for thawing out. It is a planned snack now and not just something I can binge on. Great steps!!! That is awesome!

15.7 miles...1:09 on time..689 on elevation...one of them turn right head up a hill rides..lol..468 on calories...only 4 achievements...but the ride up was faster..one of the achievements...
