Woke at 227.0, up 1.2 from yesterday. Ate a pretty good dinner last night and went high on calories for the day, so that's most of it I guess. UPDATE: Got back to 225.8 before dinner. OK, but still up from yesterday. Tomorrow is my cheat day and it hits at the right time because there will be a 9 to 3 'party' where each major office of my organization is taking a meal and preparing it for the other offices, two hours at a time. Our office is doing dessert for the last hour or two. So, everything is covered from breakfast through the afternoon. I then have late afternoon business drinks and a happy hour after that. Should be a pretty chill day.

I am not criticizing. I am just following his journey and cheering him on and being interested in those scale movements.

Oh yeah the hydration. Yeah OK I should have remembers. Alcohol often has and effect (it is what I like about it) :)
