Woke at 228.8, down 1.0 from yesterday. Did some calculations and decided on my plan for December 2018 and probably into 2019. I'm going to keep doing the Slow Carb diet, but with an average calorie intake of 2200 per day. I used the Body Fat Simulator (my original tool from 2012) to come up with that number. That has me at 180 pounds by this time next year. It worked once; let's see if it works again. That calorie total is below my burn, but it's high enough (I hope) to keep the metabolism fired up. I also plan to do the 4-Hour Body weekly cheat day, where I will try to load up on some complex carbs. As that day is usually a Thursday, I will follow up with a Fasting Friday to try to get back on average calories. I may do a 3-4 day fast at the end of each month (although it's hard to see that happening between Christmas and New Year's Day). Here are the macros I'm going to shoot for on average:
