Woke at 219.6, up .4 after a big eating day, but still south of 220. Back to work on a rainy day. Might get one of those Cobb salads from the deli for lunch. UPDATE: Went elsewhere for lunch but still had a Cobb Salad! Came home later at 218.4, so pretty happy with how things are going. Ate more pork roast and cabbage for dinner.
