Woke at 225.2, same as yesterday after a late night sushi dinner and ice cream afterward. Taking Lasix this weekend but only have enough for a morning dose so I am not seeing the water drop as usual. Have appointments with two doctors this Thursday for a checkup to see if I still need my meds. If I don't, the Lasix goes away as well. UPDATE: Ate kale, spinach, and EVOO for lunch, plus a few ounces of turkey lunch meat and a handful of walnuts. Jason brought home Jimmy John's for everyone and I had my usual -- a Gargantuan Unwich. I ate some cheddar cheese while waiting for that so the calories are pretty high. I have day time events and after hour events this week (even on Friday). Beginning Saturday, I'll begin a 3-4 day water fast. UPDATE: Weighed in at 8 pm and up to 226.0.
