Draglist's Journal, 09 Oct 18

Woke at 216.8, up 2.0 from yesterday. Ate a big steak salad last night and plenty to drink. Must be staying with me. UPDATE: Got some stress hunger at lunch so I hit the local Walgreens and grabbed some deli meat and cheese. That held me over. Weighed in at 7:30 pm and got to 216.4. Ate a steak and cheese sub with low carb flatbread. I have to try to make my own as all this Flatout stuff can stand up to is PB&J! High on calories again. Going to have to take it easy on breakfast and lunch if I expect to be able to get a good dinner in me but stay within ultra low calories for this month's experiment.

When we were eating low carb, we found Mission low carb flour tortillas were the best in texture and taste.

I use the Joseph's too but our Walmart decided not to carry it any longer. I had to order it online from their website.
