Woke at 214.8, down 1.6 from yesterday. It is Columbus Day in America and I get the day off. Have some work to do but will do it from home! So I will have some protein coffee and then take it easy on eating. UPDATE: Bulletproof coffee in the morning and then two additional big cups in the afternoon but I didn't flush water today. Got to 213.6 at 6 pm. I was hungry at 4:30 but held it off! Ate a big steak salad and a piece of Nordic Nut Bread for dinner. Might whittle off a few extra ounces by morning, but otherwise, back into the workweek we go!
