Woke at 213.2, down 1.8 after fasting day 3. Feeling great and not hungry. Will probably eat breakfast as I have several high level meetings today and I don’t want to forge into the unknown with that much at stake. UPDATE: Ate breakfast AND lunch and then nothing throughout the afternoon. Also only drank one large coffee and a 12-ounce diet soda. Came home at 212.2! My body appreciated the food! I ate a good but modest dinner and we are done. I'm going to target 1330 calories per day this month. I finished at 1530 last month and it didn't get me there. I'm getting this number from my average calorie burn minus my body fat in pounds (about 42) times 31.5 -- theoretically the maximum amount of body fat that can be metabolized per day. Original article on diettruth.org if you are interested. I still will target keto carbs - 30 TOTAL per day, with 90 fat and 100 protein = 1330.

I got up to my 5 day fasting only after a LOT of experimenting. So I totally understand why you would not want 'unknown factors' when you have 'business' to take care of today... :)
