Woke at 217.0, up .2 from yesterday. Just going to keep doing OMAD with proper macros and 1500 calories per day and let the chips fall where they may. UPDATE: Friend was in the neighborhood so I met him for a quick lunch. Had chicken salad and diet soda as shown in the photo. Had a happy hour after work with two double scotches. Came home at 216.6. OK, given that I ate lunch. Finished the pork chops and an avocado. True keto carbs today (even total carbs were low). Speaking at an Agile Executive Conference tomorrow. Not sure if breakfast and or lunch will be provided but if they are, I'll likely participate.

Failsafe strategy, so you should be able to relax by the wheel. Yesterday I was relecting on how my feeding goes. Seems to days that the body need more, and other days it need less. On days it need less I sit back and say I had a good day. On days it need more, l assume it needs it. Find this to be ok, as it is more or less a biological Fitness App. The way to tweak outcome is through Macros. On my mind daily, constant monitoring to see how this philosophy works out in practice.
