Draglist's Journal, 10 Sep 18

Woke at 216.8, up .4 from yesterday. Grrr. Back to work today so no Lasix or significant water. Will fast until dinner. Will get a little extra exercise though. UPDATE: So busy at work today, jet setting around town from meeting to meeting, that I only had time for one large 2-cup serving of coffee this morning. Added coconut oil, and one combined tablespoon of a mixture I made -- it contains MCT oil, collagen powder, and unsweetened Hershey's cocoa. Didn't have anything else until 6:30 pm. Weighed in at 215.6 before that. Ate pork chops, cheese, an avocado, and some broccoli/cauliflower mix. I need to start having one veggie max because I ended up at 34 total carbs. Got to eat the avocados before they go bad, though!

As Trackin' tells me .... patience. Draglist ... you are eating OMAD ... so I would think your morning weight is going to reflect what you ate for dinner in the evening. Your best bet is to get your weigh in just before dinner, yes?

It's just my opinion but I do think it is a good idea for you to step up your activity(exercise). I have been following your activity every since we became friends on Fitbit a couple of years ago. Your diet and commitment are off the chain but if you are physically able to step up your activity; I think it would be very helpful towards holding your goals. I hope I haven't over stepped my boundaries. My opinion is just a friendly observation...

I do better when I exercise - which for me is walking mostly. I stopped my walks the end of March when my allergies became so bad I couldn't open the windows or go outside. Then it got too hot to walk and now it's still hot but also smoky. I am looking forward to walking again in a couple of weeks. I know I make excuses, before March I was also doing floor exercises but stopped those too!

I have a question. Have you been prescribed the Lasix? Just wondering because my husband was on them.
