Woke at 214.2, up .4 from yesterday. Not bad. Drank a cup of coffee in the morning and a can of Coke Zero the afternoon and then headed home. Weighed 213.6 coming in the door. Left a little early so I need to work tonight, but it's all good. Ate a huge dinner of leftover burgers, Nordic nut bread, and Kalamata olives. Added a few tablespoons of Halo Top and was still 100 under calorie goal. Still a little hungry, so made a big protein shake and now I'm 200 over goal! No big -- ate under 1200 yesterday so it evens out.
