Woke at 213.8, down 1.2 from yesterday. Flushing water and coffee today until dinner. Denise pulled out burgers to grill. I just made a new Nordic nut bread with walnuts, flax, and chia. That's cooling now and will be hard to resist until dinner! UPDATE: Decided to save the burgers for Labor Day so grilled up some chicken breasts and made a wrap. Found a jar of protein powder in some boxes of office materials -- BONUS! Made a nice health shake and had some of the Nordic nut bread I made earlier. Finished up with a few tablespoons of Halo Top. Didn't quite hit 1400 calories. Made it down to 213.0 before dinner, so slowly getting down there.
