Woke at 216.0, up 1.2 from yesterday. Drank a large coffee, a large tea, and a bottle of Diet Mountain Dew (don't judge -- it was a stress response!) Fasted until dinner, but I still wandered in the door at 217.4 after work. Wow... all that liquid stayed with me. Ate very light for dinner to make up for two big calorie days. Hope to whittle off some weight overnight.
