Woke at 213.4, down 2.2 from yesterday. Off to the races today so I’ll be eating with my friends Dale and Ellen for lunch. And then we will probably grab dinner somewhere on the way home. So this is probably my low for the day! UPDATE: Got home at 9:30 after dinner and after dropping my friend Jack off at his house. Got a 221.2 weigh in, which showed the dinner I ate, the 64 ounces of diet Coke and water I drank at dinner, and then the Diet Mountain Dew I grabbed at the gas station on the way home! Did not take Lasix this morning due to my drag strip visit but took some tonight. Hoping to drop some of this water overnight to get back to the low 2-teens at least.
