Woke at 214.2, up .8 from yesterday. Possible happy hour tonight. UPDATE: Busy day at work. Only had 16 ounces of coffee in the morning and that was it. Short happy hour after work with a few drinks and some dumplings. Weighed 212.6 when I got home. Ate an entire roasted chicken for dinner and a piece of Nordic Nut Bread with cream cheese for dessert. That's a wrap!
