Seeing your pork chops made me buy some yesterday. Been months since I had one.

Had pork chops today but they didn't look as great as yours. I never think about bbq sauce. I go heavy on the garlic powder, turmeric powder, red pepper and black pepper. Using the air fryer it comes out crusty which suits me :) You are doing a great job of knocking the vacay weight off. Kudos!!

The air fryer works for me, especially on chicken and pork chops. Again, heavy on the spice, skin on and I get crispy, especially with a bit of parmesan cheese. Veggies come out more like baked or broiled. I don't need to use the big oven. The only oil I use is to spray the sides and bottom where the food hits. Works for me. I could fix foods with a crust of parmesan or grated nuts but I like most foods with just my spices. There are a lot of combos that I haven't gotten around to yet.

I rarely use my George Foreman grill. I might need to dust it off and use it sometime. So many appliances, too little food :)

A 'Sugar free' sauce would be REALLY important for me. Otherwise I would have a 'carb hit' and then eat a bag of potato chips... :)
