Woke at 214.0, up .8 from yesterday. Working at home today so will flush through some water and coffee. UPDATE: Doctor visit (good result) and then came back home to work. Fasted until 3 pm and ate some cheese and Nordic Nut and Seed Bread. Drank a lot of red wine after midnight and added that to today's snack total. UPDATE: Had a massive salad at dinner with sardines and mayo. Ended the day with epic success in flushing out water and bulk. Just before midnight, weighed in at 211.0. Tomorrow I am traveling to a drag race so I am not sure what is in store. My friends Dale and Ellen will be there so I'm sure they will feed me something at lunchtime! Have a nice weekend, everyone.

Bill, you know I look up to you and watch what you are doing daily...you have been gaining weight lately, is this something you are doing consciously? You have me curious. Do you feel better with a little more weight?

Reflect, and think a bump-up could be related to inflammation. Food or drinks that cause an inflammitory water retention. Possibly a tool that can be used to learn how the body reacts to food, rather than seeing it as body fat related.

Yes, and I am very glad that you do record so much. My oversight for not mentioning that before (sigh). I have seen your progress posts over the years on how you have dealt with and conquered many issues. Made me a bit braver doing my thing. Hats off to you :)
