Woke at 209.0, up 4.2 from yesterday as the glycogen settles back into my muscle tissues! If I can keep it sub-210, I'm happy. Will fast until dinner, unless I get a raging hunger like I did yesterday. That was really unusual for me. Got six hours of sleep last night so I'm OK on that, if not perfect. UPDATE: Ate the lunch as shown in the photo but then went out for beers and those amazing chicken wings with a work pal. We then went to a taco joint and had a few tacos, too. Lots of fun but a definite bust on the diet (especially carbs). Weighed 211.0 when I got home so I think I got off easy.

My raging hunger hits me every night about 10:00 pm. I really have to fight the temptation to eat junk food. I am great during the day, but night time comes, here we go again!
