Woke at 204.8, down 1.0 from yesterday. Another big surprise after an 1800 calorie day, including a midnight snack and three big glasses of red wine last night! Also, I worked very late and only got three hours of sleep. I will do better on that tonight. UPDATE: Was famished at lunchtime so I went out and ate. Will see how I feel at dinner time. UPDATE: Got home at 7 pm and weighed in at 208.0. To be expected as weekdays = no Lasix or significant water flushing. Waking weight is today's low. Ate some broccoli and brats and topping out at 1100 calories.

Awesome. I swore by OMAD months back but I was inconsistent. OMAD, 1500 calories and net 60 carbs, was such a sweet spot and it allowed wine. Keep it going Bill!
