Haven't been doing any plan consistently. I haven't liked any. I will be starting a new, 12 week, plan soon that is straight forward and simple. I like that idea. It lays out diet (calorie counting) and exercise plan for the 12 weeks.

I haven't been recording anything regularly. To update, Last week I decided to eliminate bread (and like stuff) from my meals. Also trying to keep sugary carbs down. I have a backpacking trip coming up and so I've been keeping meals smaller and munchies is a no-no, unless it's lettuce sandwiches (lunch meat wrapped in romaine leaf).
What else?...stopped drinking milk because it seems to aggravate my allergy symptoms. I've been using almond milk instead. Also subbing plain yogurt for sour cream, mayo, and dressing to cut calories. Did you know plain yogurt, a little almond milk and some ranch seasoning actually make a great ranch dressing. I keep it runny so you cover more with less. Anyway I do think cutting bread (and my baked treats 😒) has helped me lose a few pounds.

UGH The limeade killed my diet today. I LOVE homemade limeade with fresh squeezed limes (had too many glasses) but the sugar content is HORRIBLE. I need to figure out a sugar free limeade (perhaps with stevia).

I went to bed about 12:30 AM last night and took a book with me. Bad idea. I didn't get to sleep until after 5:30 AM. I slept in to noon, which wasn't too bad for sleep, I thought. So I forced myself to go exercise (walk/jog 40 mins) to keep my callenge commitment. I ate a small bowl of cereal before because I needed some food but didn't want a full meal yet (1/2 C granola w/ almond milk). When I got back I made a large breakfast/lunch, since it was 2:00ish. Leftover dutchoven veggies, eggs and some wild rice.
I was feeling really good there. I did the weeks dishes while there in the kitchen for the next hour, then for some reason was craving more of the granola cereal. I figured, wth, small bowl (custard dish) won't hurt. Bad idea. I ate way too much. Eventually I started feeling drained. Not sure exactly why but I crashed (I have my suspicions). By 5:00 I was physically exhausted and needed a nap. Just a little nap, I thought. No, it lasted until 9:30 and I'm still super tired. I think I'll just go to sleep for the night. Maybe tomorrow will be more productive.
