Now it's been 2 months since I started going to the gym. It has not been easy, not every day I wake up with enough motivation to go (consider that I have to walk 30 minutes to get there and then come back...and it's winter in Canada). Anyway, these are my advances:
December:
127 pounds
Bust: 87 cm
Waist:74 cm
Hip: 104 cm
February:
128 pounds
Bust: 84 cm
Waist: 71 cm
Hip: 93 cm
In summary, I gained weight, which is not bad, because I imagine I have gained muscle (I know that during the first months the advance is not much), I must also have a little liquid accumulation, added to the brownies and cookies that I ate like crazy all last week.
Anyway, I do not intend to lose weight, because I'm at my ideal weight right now, but I'm looking to gain muscle and maintain control over nutrients and food portions.
Let's see what happens in 2 more months!
Hoy se cumplen 2 meses desde que comencé a ir al gimnasio. No ha sido fácil, no todos los días me levanto con la motivación suficiente como para ir (considerar que tengo que caminar 30 minutos ida y 30 minutos vuelta... y pues, es invierno en Canadá). En fin, estos son mis avances
Diciembre:
127 libras
Medidas Busto: 87
Medidas Cintura: 74
Medidas cadera: 104
Febrero:
128 libras
Medidas busto: 84
Medidas cintura: 71
Medidas cadera: 93
En resumen, subí de peso, lo que no está mal, pues imagino que algunos gramos he ganado de musculatura (sé que durante los primeros meses el avance no es mucho), también debo tener un poco de acúmulación de liquidos, sumado a los brownies y galletas que comí como loca durante toda la semana pasada.
En fin, no pretendo bajar de peso, pues estoy en mi peso ideal, pero busco ganar musculatura y mantener un control sobre los nutrientes y porciones de comida.
Veamos que sucede en 2 meses más!
