Notes:
Temps were a bit cooler so started around 9:30am. 2min R + 1 min W (4 reps).
Later on walk, felt a sharp stab of pain at back of left ankle. Perhaps should consider dialling back to prior week intervals. Scary sometimes.

Notes:
8:30am start and already approx 22 celsius. Had some great 2min run intervals at local field, but unfortunately lost Pippa’s ball. Affected ankle feels good still. 👍🏻

Grateful my left ankle feels better finally and seems to tolerate some impact. Praying to continue with no issues. Would be so fun to get up to 30-45 mins continuous running again.
