I blame it all on alcohol lol. I don't do breads unless it's gluten free or whole grain and try to only do a serving or 2 of it a week. I eat mostly lean meat and veggies with no sugary or creamy sauces (mostly just spices). I don't do soda or coffee and keep sweet & salty intake low. I avoid dairy though to indulge a bit in cheese as well as greek yoghurt & cottage cheese due to its high protein content. I don't do fast food although sometimes will eat salt & pepper wings or gluten-free pizza if bf orders it on weekends. I walk at least 30 mins a day and try to get extra exercise in although it's hard in winter since it gets well past -20c below where I live and I hate working out in gyms.
I lost a ton of weight on xyngular about 4 years ago but it has been creeping back despite best efforts. I tried to switch it up with Keto and gained weight, intermittent fasting brought it down a bit but then stalled. I tried the Modere Lean Body System in the fall hoping the change would jumpstart my system again and promptly gained weight. Starting again with PS1000. I know at 50 I can't hope to get back to 130-132 but am hoping I can at least get to 139 and/or fit comfortably in my pants again.
