I’m 25 years old and I’m ready to take the plunge on changing my entire lifestyle and WOE for the better. I have PCOS so naturally I struggle with my weight. I’m currently a dog mom but I want to be a real mom someday soon and in order to do that I have to get healthy.
I am wanting to learn more about nutrition such as foods that are good for you, foods that may not be the best and how to count your macros. I also want to learn how to have a balanced diet. The more advice you have, the better!
Currently I weigh 298 and my ideal weight would be 160. For now, I would like to atleast get to 200 pounds. I need some support from people who are struggling with the same things and have the same goals.
