Endurance Crackers

Grain and nut free and so tasty. Seriously delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 165 °C. Put water into a bowl and add the garlic powder and seasoning.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (seeds) and stir thoroughly until most if not all of the water is absorbed.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet. If it is not a non-stick pan, place parchment paper down before spreading the mixture. The crackers should not be more than 1/4" thick. Don't worry if there is liquid, that will evaporate or absorb.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven and cut crackers into 48 pieces. Flip the crackers over carefully and bake for another 25-30 minutes. Watch them carefully at the end to avoid burning.
