Ingredients
Directions
- Wash lentils. Add to water in a pot with bay leaves.
- Heat on high until pot boils then lower heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add vegetables and spices to pot.
- Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
- Remove bay leaves and blend well with hand blender.
