JUST FINISHED A SHORT 10..good morning..took forever to get in the mood this morning to even get any peddlin in..but finally got close enough to the fitness room to get part of what i need to finish out with my 80 mile ave for the week..5 more miles an its extra for the week..

been talkin to 2 different people i know about their eating habits..both want to loose the weight..but takes more then wanting to..you have to have the desire to follow up on it..not sure they have the desire..one is more interested then the other..one out of 2 is better then none wanting to eat healthier..

going to attemp draglist pizza crust later today..see how that comes out an then tomow when i go to walmart get some more califlower..stock up the freezer with extra..using more califlower to make healthy meals..an its so easy to use it along with other ingredents...an its a change from salads..not that i get tired of salad..when i take time off from salads...that first taste when i start eating salads again..its just like mmmmmm i missed that taste..

well taking a break..then be time to get out some califlower an make up the pizza for later..or might just wait till tomow..just not sure..lol...im done eating for the day..so dont really matter to me..if i make it today..then im gonna have to try it out...might be wise to wait...lol...
