Feeling the frustration. I have been working out a lot, eating 1400-1500 calories but this morning I was up 2 pounds WTH !! I know I feel better and I feel lighter like I’m losing but the scale is just pissing me off 🤬it’s discouraging
On a different note I have lost 35 pounds since April so I should be happy 🤔

Its probably water weight I’m guessing, don’t get frustrated, it’s only 2 lbs which isn’t much 😉👊🏻

You might be gaining muscle while losing fat.

True about the muscle vs fat but I remember reading a good article last yr saying the difference is neglible. Something like 3% so like 1/2 oz per lb.

When I first started powerlifting, I dropped probably around 16 inches all over, but gained almost 20 lbs, literally in muscle density. Each person is different, I find how you feel is always much more important, and inches tend to tell a better story. Stop weighing yourself :)
