I need to lose this weight. I am 42 years old, and have a health issue that requires that I take prednisone. I have gained about 35 pounds in about a year and a bit, and it is bothering me so much.
Years ago I weighed 215+ pounds and had managed to get and stay at 130 for a long time, about 5 years. This weight gain distresses me. I said I would never be that person again, and yet here I am.
My original start weight was 179lbs, I set it wrong on the site and it won't let me change it. So I have lost 13 pounds, but have been holding steady for a long time now.

Sept 11, 2012 156 lbs 23 lbs lost, changed size 14 for size 10!!!
May 30, 2013 165.8 pounds. Size 12

Goal #1 June 30 2013 155 pounds
Goal #2 jULY 30 2013 145 pounds
Goal #3 August 30 2013 135 Pounds
